A² ≈ A
The near-idempotence of well-architected alignment transforms. Once capital is aligned, additional alignment transformations produce no further change. Alignment is what persists under re-application — the pool's balance sheet is a separate question, and a closed pool declines geometrically for any R < 1.
A PSC pool behaves like a projection onto mission space. Capital entering the pool stays aligned across cycles—applying A again doesn't change anything because A(A(K)) ≈ A(K).
