Regenerative Endofunctor

Definition

The proposed construction carrying an institutional system to its regenerative upgrade, modifying the architecture to enforce forward invariance, non-depletion and fragility-boundedness. ⚠️ That it is a FUNCTOR is an outstanding obligation rather than an established property: R changes objects, so asserting that a morphism between two systems is still a morphism between their upgrades requires it to intertwine the new dynamics, and nothing supplies that. Identity and composition preservation follow trivially IF the action on morphisms is well defined — which is the thing in question.
