The first cycle completed on 15 October 2026 — $25,000 out, $25,000 back, 121 days. That is a realised recycling rate for that cycle — the first in the programme. It is not a rate for the programme: the second cycle is open, with $25,000 still out and scheduled across two tranches to 1 December.
