Most research stops at the diagnosis. The output here is not a recommendation for somebody else to implement — it is capital instruments, governance architecture, and the software that enforces it.
Each architecture answers one substrate’s failure, and each one exists. That is the only claim on this page worth making: none of these is a framework in the PowerPoint sense. Where one is running, the page says where; where it is a specification, it says that instead.

A grant is spent once. A recoverable grant is deployed with the expectation but not the obligation of return, and its payoff is the geometric series 1/(1−R) in the recovery rate — convex, so the last points of recovery dominate. The pool is an engine, not a fund.

Governance that audits after the fact cannot prevent anything. Pre-governance moves the check to before execution: constraints are declared once, and every consequential action is tested against them as it is attempted rather than reviewed in a quarterly pack.

Answers Meaning · Intent as a first-class, inspectable object.
Purpose written into a document is purpose that has to be re-interpreted by everyone downstream, and it erodes a little at each container boundary. Making intent explicit, addressable and provenance-linked is what stops a mission being quietly re-described by the systems meant to carry it.

Answers Commitment · Governance that survives being handed to a machine.
Delegation to an agent is the sharpest test of whether a commitment binds: an agent will do exactly what it is permitted to do. If the constraint is a norm rather than a structure, delegation is where that shows.

Diagnose asks how a substrate fails. Design states what it should do instead — the same six, read from the other end.
