Three tiers of evidence, and they are never blurred: institutions that already do this, deployments we funded ourselves, and pilots against real data.

The distinction matters more than the total. Precedent is the strongest evidence on this site and the least of our own doing — Handelsbanken has run without budgets since 1972, and we did not build it. Our own deployments are two, small, and recent. Both facts are stated at the same volume.
